Oh, the places we go … University of Illinois alumni are globetrotters who travel near and far, but never forget their Alma Mater!

Oh, the places we go … University of Illinois alumni are globetrotters who travel near and far, but never forget their Alma Mater!

It wasn’t paradise—but close to it—as Heather Albright Murphy ’96 MEDIA celebrates a special milestone on a special island. “I was lucky enough to travel to Bora Bora with my husband, Robert, in October for my 40th birthday,” she says. The idyllic South Pacific locale features overwater bungalows in one of the world’s most beautiful lagoons. The trip also included swimming with sharks and manta rays, and a visit to Bloody Mary’s restaurant.
